Karen Keller will participate as a faculty member and panelist at The Sedona Conference Institute’s eDiscovery Negotiation Training: Practical Cooperative Strategies on February 8-9 in Miami, FL. This training session brings together leading jurists, in house counsel, outside counsel and eDiscovery experts in a practical program where participants are trained to negotiate with opposing counsel and will take part in Rule 26(f) conferences focusing on: scope of discovery, form of production, social media and privilege, culminating in a mock Rule 16(b) case management conference with a judicial faculty member presiding. Each mock exercise is followed by a plenary session presided over by members of the faculty to discuss and critique the mock sessions.
