Virginia K. Lynch

Ginnie focuses her practice on patent infringement and commercial litigation. Antitrust is ancillary to her practice.

Virginia (“Ginnie”) Lynch attended the University of Virginia and received a degree in Biology in 2021. She then graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2024, where she received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Intellectual Property Law, as well as a certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During her time at Richmond, she served as Articles Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review, President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and held positions as both 2L Representative and Secretary of the Student Bar Association over the years. She worked as a Student Attorney in the Richmond Law Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic where she was able to provide advice and assistance with transactional matters such as trademark and copyright registrations to various start-ups and non-profit organizations. Ginnie also competed in the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C.

Ginnie grew up living all over the world—from Alice Springs Australia, to Frankfurt, Germany—and hopes to incorporate her resulting unique perspective into her work and the client experience. She now lives in New York City and enjoys taking advantage of all the cultural experiences it has to offer, such as the endless dining options, pickleball courts, and dog parades.
